I have the earlier dash with no blowers, do you reckon I could just cut a hole into the bottom of my dash where the heater ducting runs and get some little round ones from somewhere and clip them in? I am thinking of getting a webasto so would like to be able to direct the warm air about a bit better.

Do you mean those little plastic jobbies for the footwells?

Nah you see the later dashes had blowers facing the driver/passenger on a sort of little duct area that stuck out. I want to retrofit something like this.

There are all kinds of flaps inside the dash to redirect the air flow but its not impossible to do.
