Heater vent under steering wheel

I had the panel below the steering column off and the flexible convoluted hose that connects to the vent in th panel is ripped, can anyone tell me what this part is called and where i can get one from??

when you say ripped how do you mean? gaffer tape in this instance is your friend

I know what your talking about mine came off when i did my O rings and i had to use abit of gaffa tape to keep it in place worked a treat tho...
