Morning all
I wonder if someone may be able to advise on a particular issue?
The heater is working fine (chosen word carefully). It gets reasonably hot after about 10 minutes or so.
The blower fan works great.
The air ducts to the windscreen level and the centre eye level work great.
However there is no airflow from the footwell.
Lights on HVAC display and controls all appear normal, so I assume I am getting proper electronic signals, but alas no heat, so my dear wife has cold tuttsies, which is never ideal, believe me.
Am I correct to just assume that on of the stepper motors is kaput? Or is there something else I could try in the short term?
I will eventually be removing the whole dashboard and fascia etc anyway, I have work to do with the binnacle, radio replacement, replacing worn coverings etc, so I will be able to get full access to the heater then, but I wasn't planning to start this particular project until spring time (or whenever the mood takes me )
