Can you get a bigger heater core or a heat exchanger in the heater box, or fit a newer model defender in there?

I got two 150w heater fans from maplins for 7 quid each and mounted them on the dash top they clear the windscreen well in winter but as for being warm in the cab i just wrap up well, also beleive that a truck cab warms up quicker as the van back sucks all the heat out of the air. also fitted a series three dash top as the defender top wasnt wide enough to fit heaters on.

My S3 heater works quite well - check the fan motor is spinning fast enough, and there's good water flow through the matrix. The matrix might be clogged or the valve might not be opening properly. If it's a S2 then your gonna stay cold.....
