Heater fan issue

I have done a search but couldn't find anything similar to this.

The heater fans are on constantly unless I pull the fuse out. Won't adjust with the control knob or auto button, switched relays. Ignition on with fuse in they are on constantly?

Any ideas or faulty hevac unit maybe

Maybe the electronic speed control circuit that is with the motor. Are they on full speed? Otherwise HEVAC is a possible as is a burnt fuse box.

I found this. One of my fans is on full speed all the time. I have not got around to trying it yet. Range Rover P38 Mk2 Valeo heater blower fix kit. Replaces FW26025A1 | eBay

Are the bars on the HEVAC display all the way across like when it is on manual?

I have just fitted the parts on to the top of the left hand heater fan. The fan before repair was running at full speed as soon as the ignition was switch on. All back to normal after repair. Not bad for £10
