The earth is in the heater fan switch in the dashboard. The switch contains 3 connections. Low speed, high speed and Earth.

where on the car is it earthed out at though mate ? the problem i have is when i put blower on fuel gague goes up and temp too looks to me like blower is using there earths instead of its own

Sounds like wherever it is earthed to it has corroded a bit and all the components are grounding through each other.
Sorry no idea where it goes to.
Either trace it to the source or run a new ground cable.
