Heater blower won't turn off

Hi folks, I'm hoping someone can help me out, the heater blower in my l322 3.0 td6 won't turn off, I had to replace the FSR as it was the cause of a battery drain but when I put the new FSR in place the blower won't turn off even when I turn the engine off and lock the doors, it keeps running any ideas on how to solve this would be fantastic, thanks

Duff after market FSR must likely.

For the interim pull the fuse to the blowers

Its the FSR that you have fitted mate sorry to say its a duff one.
On the E53 you get the same issues as well however you are a lucky one as they often go and people do not notice until the battery is flat and then they hunt and hunt for a battery drain as they often are either intermitent or can go on low.
Take it back and get a replacment one.
