Yeah, I can remember a load of them sniffing in the abandoned railway transfer shed now. All bar one is dead now, either from drugs or alcohol.

I put the headlamps on, straightened the wing & bonnet best I can as I am still waiting for mates workshop to be finished so he can paint the other wing, bonnet & bumper I got. I was expecting squintness, but the bumper went straight on without a fight

Meanwhile, I am able to drive her around again.

Pulled out to pass a wanker in a wagon on a long straight road and all of a sudden his trailer was over the white lines (I swear it was quite deliberate...) leaving me a foot to try and avoid slamming into him... I had just put my foot hard down so no time to lift off and brake. I smacked the trailer, her arse went out and the back drivers side wheel dug into the bank. Then she started sliding out of control. I went up the bank through a fence and the biggest gorse bush you've ever seen. Came to a halt in the field caught up in the fence wire. So I selected high, shifted into low and drove her off. The filthy twat came up just before I lifted her telling me he was on the phone to the cops! "Don't you worry yourself about me mate! I'm just fine, thanks for asking!" Prick!

Cops were mint though.

Sunday just gone, another fucking arsehole smacked into my Smart car, gouging all the metal and wheel arch, then fucked off

So, 2 million miles driving home & Europe, no incidents. 2 weeks, 200 miles and 2 cars damaged

Might have to take my mate to Glasgow tonight as his son is being flown there for an operation... I'm just off the train from Edinburgh as I had to go down last night for an appointment. I was also down on Tuesday in wife's car to a different part of Edinburgh to see a spinal specialist
