Having a nightmare

Hi all back again on the verge of giving up seems like one thing after another , just lost all power steering fluid from pipe at back of engine below brake master cylinder right up against bulkhead two spanner job too tighten up anyway managed to do that after spanner rash galore and 4hrs of swearing at the nut topped fluid back up took out for a run and now handbrake light is stuck on any help be much appreciated don’t want to give up on her yet be really good tool if things didn’t keep going wrong, Thankyou for all past help

Think the hand brake light can also mean low brake fluid, so worth a check.

If it is the hand brake, there is presumably a micro switch and connecting wire in the console between the seats. Can't remember from when I was last in there.
