Hannibal Safari Equipment, South Africa

Evening all,

just thought I would post word of caution about buying anything directly from Hannibal Safari Equipment in Cape Town. I bought a new canvas for my 2.4m awning and paid for it in full. That was in Feb, 16 phone calls and 23 emails later (without a single response) and I still haven't got the canvas.

I've had to try to claim the money back from my credit card.

Thought I would share my experience, so that nobody else falls foul of their charlatan ways

Thank phook for section 75 of the CCA - Very disappointing when stuff just doesn't arrive. Buy British in future

I really don't understand why an international company would be willing to steal. Its unbelievable I would only suggest using an intermediary/ UK based company if you have to buy Hannibal (or go elsewhere).
