Hello! I have been lurking around, sapping up all of the excellent information on this forum, it has already proved very helpful in buying my landy and I know it will be a wealth of knowledge when it comes to maintaining it. Pics to follow soon when I get hold of it.

Hairy for short would be just fine. I'm currently waiting to get hold of the 110 300tdi csw I have put a deposit on, I'm working away at the moment and will hopefully get it next week. I've been looking for well over a year before the timing and finances were right.

Thanks all, the Landy has now landed. We've managed to have a couple of drives out already in the few days, really loving it. Pics will follow at the weekend. Had an interesting bout of the Defender equivalent of "tank slapping" :crazy_driver: as my good lady got used to the excellent handling characteristics!
