Had a great day today at Briercliffe....

We had a

Rolled landy, Bent prop shaft , power steering blown , bent axel stabaliser.

We got pick but need to submit and sort out....
Doing it now....

t'was a good day that wasn't it !!

Just got the drivers side front wing to fix and a bit of a wash and we'll be ready for next time.........

Sorry we didn't get to say seeya, thought you were following us out until I spotted it was someone else...lol

Looking forward to the piccies, and especially the DVD...when will you be sorting that out? (costs etc) as I can't wait !!

Great atmosphere today as well, better that I've experienced before with everyone mucking in and having a larf !!

You guys need to try Whitworth Quarry too, £25.00 second and last Sundays each month...

Briercliffe Fun day 7/8/05 all the photos have been submitted now. happy viewing from miniman. If anybody wishes for the video of the day please message me and I will let you know when it is ready.

I've fixed the gallery for now and its back working again. Looks like you had a great day! Was the driver of the rollover ok? Did they get it running again or was it towed home?

Yes the driver of the roll was ok and all the passangers 5 of. No he did not get it started again it was full of oil. His mate towed him home. there was very little damage to the 109. Roof and front wings but he told me he got a new roof in the garage and some more wings.

It was a fun day made new friends and had great fun. I did not brake anything but there was a few who did. Banditman bent his front wing on the silver Range Rover a bloke in a white defender bent his rear prop. Another fella in a Range Rover bent his track control bar like a Bananna.
You have got to see the DVD of the Woman Learner driver coming down the hill in the Shogun... Ouch.... to fast. Bang. Got some good footage of the BombHole. Any Idea when you are going to be over for the next Brirecliffe?

where abouts did the roll happen????

Roll happened up at the top far end of the quarry as you come up from the fields, over a rise and without warning the road kinda turns right with the big hole in front of you....get it slightly wrong and the angle of lean is too much and it's too late to correct it....

that's why i spend half of my day stopping and running around like an idiot to see what's on the other side !!

driver, front seat passenger and all four big blokes in the back got out without a scratch!!

Miniman, there are some cracking photos in there, gizza shout when the DVD is done, as I wish to reserve two copies please (can shoot over to collect them if it's easier!)

And I told you we are shy, we have no ideas what your names are !!

there where 7 in the car all together and i would just like to say thankyou to ever body how helped and the landy is back on the road - a couple of back windows it was a great day and the photos are great

The DVD is ready. Anybody wants a copy let me know. It has taken me all day to produce it but it is great. I tryed my best to get all of you on it. spent alot of the day looking through a camera. But I am not complaining.
If you want a copy how is this £5 there is no case or cover but it's a great film. if you want more than one its cheeper. Not asking the earth but I am not sitting here and doing it for nowt....ha ha...

Landyzone is advertised on the DVD as we need more people to come to the site. Yes Mick not a problem. You got a great spot on the DVD. You made it out of the bomb hole with a little help from the Grass at the side of you. OK

Got my DVD, watched all of it once, watched the bits with me in it twice, and watched the Shogun down the hill about 8 times (your reaction made Becky giggle Chris, I can tell you !!)

Tell Nykki that's what's wrong with Japanese 4 x 4's..

Can't wait to play out again, specially since the next time Chris gets stuck, it will be very deep, due to teh new tyres he can buy when you all but the DVD of last week (Kingpin MudTracker Remoulds...guaranteed to dig you in so deep you need a winch.... )
