H4 or H7 Headlight bulbs

I have a 2006 Freelander TD4 and get varied types of bulbs for headlights either H4 or H7 given when making enquiries.
My model is right on the year that the Freelander 2 came out mine is the Freelander 1 with the "teardrop" style headlight.
Can anyone tell me please which kind of bulb I need? the two-prong or the three-prong?

You could pull the plug off one of the bulbs to have a look?

Is high beam from the same bulb? Or do you have separate low/high sections of headlamp.

I was fishing for help because due to my disability I would find looking, as you suggest rather difficult.

I think I will go to Halfords counter and have them select the type and have them fit it. If they are then the wrong type it is down to them to go back in store to get the correct pair.

Why not drive up and take it out yourself then go and buy a pair of the same and fit yourself.

That's understandable. That said if you need assistance fitting a new bulb then I'd hope the likes of halfords would fit the right one
