hi guys, I am looking for some gutter mounts that I will then join across with timber, but can't seem to find any reasonably priced, and their all from usa, on eBay which I am banned from using. if anyone has already bought something similar or knows of a good suppler in UK please help this is what I am looking for in the image bellow.

I want some roof bars for my series and have just ordered some lumps of mecul to make the upstands and gutter clips.
The easy option is ti use some 'C' section steel that has a slight chamfer inside. As the two parts are clamped together the shape draws the two parts tight onto the gutter. There are a few examples on utube and yes, it works very well for such a simple set up.
This is mi blueprint. I'll work out sizes when holding stuff against the roof for a low fit.

Only at the moment ... you could ask a local metal fabricator, how much to knock you some up ...
that is a nice idea, however this is not for my vehicle, and a more conventional method is required, good luck with your series.
very true, I do know of a local blacksmith that's what I will do.
