Guide for Essex Green lanes

Want to go for a bit of an explore to the lesser touched areas of essex and suffolk. I have relatively little experience of green laning, but I am well aquianted with the country side code (I pretty much grew up on a farm, so spent much of my time shooting and walking).

However, I want my first experince of the lanes around essex to be a good one, so If anyone is up for either helping me mark up an OS map over a few beers, or indeed showing me about on some of the better lanes one afternoon/evening I would be much obliged?
