Hi Guys
My daughter is a Scout and she love’s it..

We are organising an overland trip to Egypt,

The route will take us through Europe down to Greece, ferry to Cyprus on the Egypt.

The aim is to meet various scout groups in different countries along the way.

Hopefully taking two friends of my daughter, whom are also Scouts.

I learnt to drive in a Land Rover 110 in the Sultanate of Oman, driving about the Omani desert at the age of 13, whilst I visited my farther who worked out there.

Having driven most variants during my Army career, Station Wagon for VIPs, Fitted For Radio (FFR), Snatch, Battlefield Ambulance (BFA) and weapon plat formed Wimik across some of the worlds harshest terrain, Canadian Pirie, Poland, Kosovo, Afghanistan and Iraq.
We're rasing money to purchase a Defender 130 any suggestions or if you want to help out any donations

Cheers for reading

Edited cos it was annoying me with all those stupid gaps

:welcome:

my eldest daughter is Head Pack Leader at our local Scouts and my youngest daughter is in Cubs at the same one, they think it's brilliant.

I, of course, have been roped in to help out throughout the 8 years we've been involved, but it's all good fun. ;)

"Girl Scout" "Ding-Dong" Should that be Guides?

Coz when I was a Scout we had Guides and some Very good Girls ~( that another thread)
