Shwmae!
We moved up from Sarf London 15 years ago to Devil's Bridge nr. Aberystwyth, traffic's less hectic and the locals salute with the whole hand rather than two fingers. It's mostly very quiet apart from the sheep having a penchant for close harmony singing when the rain finally stops.By god you need a 4x4 here, preferably two,Freelander 2 and an older style 1(which I converted to 2 wheel ) currently our transport.
Good to be aboard!

Don't believe you it's tipping down in Wales! Pass through Devils Bridge every year on the way to Pembrokeshire from Scotland. Always some kind of landys parked around. Many red kites around?

Can't move for them John.:DWe've got a smallholding and we chuck bread and stuff out for them, within seconds they're on it and hawks as well - bloody marvelous.
A few Landy clubs around that park up at the Rheidol Valley Railway car park in Devil's Bridge.Fair bit of green lanes to plod up and down.
One day I'll put a garage up - fed up with rain trickling down me neck whilst underneath the motor.:)

Some day I plan to take my landy to Wales. It'll take me a week at least doing A roads. We take a Santa Fe down but I'd really like to chug around the lanes in my S3....one day .
