Just realised I can't do 5th May I'm going on a stag do that night. Perhaps we could do the night of friday 4th, kinda an after work dark o'clock thing? I quite fancy a run up there in the dark...

Why cant you do a night run, and how u gettin on doing another better route than that one we did before ? looking forward to that again
 
Depends on my work schedule for a night run. Occasionally I don't get home till 8 or 9.
I haven't worked out another route for us yet, but I'm quite keen to work out a route around the Devils punch bowl area.

It would take you an hour to get down to us, possibly less at that time of day/night. That makes a good time for me :)
 
Just gimme a shout if you're going out. I could be over there by 7 if I leave here at 6pm.

Hows the Veg oil going V8? I've heard it's a good idea to run a bit of injector cleaner every so often when on svo.

Well im up for it, ive done our local lanes at night before, dont think it will be dark by 7 i think 9 would be better or even later, the veg oil seems to be working well im at about 40% oil and 60% diesel so not added anything yet, there seems to be allsorts of views on what to add some say unleaded some say injector cleaner some say 2 stroke oil, not sure if i need to add anything if im still using mostly deisel but if it keeps running well i will gradually use more oil, one guy on here runs 90% oil and 10% unleaded lol
 
Someone got killed in a ford not far from where we were a few weekends back, might have even been the same one we went through!

I went back to those fords this weekend just gone. They're up to around 2 meters now. I was in the range rover and I went through a 'puddle' to get to one of the fords we did. The puddle came up to the top of my bumper!!
