Greenlaning nr Guildford?

Ok I've worked out the route. 53 miles. A fair bit of road. I've adjusted a few bits from the magazine. Steve do you remember that steep lane we couldn't go up with the wall on the right? well the magazine had the route planned to come up that hill, but he got stopped by the guy in the house at the end because the lane was temporarily closed while he had his wall and the lane repaired. Not that I think he would have made it up it. I guess the home owners worries of erosion where justified. I think it was more water erosion though.
I guess we'll see how far we can go. Looks like an interesting mix. A ford crossing, fairly deep mud. A rocky gully, and sand.
 
Kooky, no one wants damage to their vehicle but I think every lane has the potential to damage. There are three lanes on this route which I would say are more on the extreme side. I dented a front wing on one last time out.
You don't have to drive them if your not comfortable with it. I don't know all the lanes on this new route so maybe if you stick towards the back of the pack to see how ppl go.

Thanks for coming out today everyone. Thats the first laning trip where I've had to have a shower and wash my clothes straight away when I got home. That was muuuuddy.
I'll try to get some vids and pics up in a few days.

Lol that brings memory's back that does I did the same thing at Slindon safari :)
I learnt to leave it off
 
Gutted I couldn't make it, woke up at 1 :D Bit of a heavy night Sat!

Still went for a trip when I was up anyway though, was nice and muddy.
