Green laning in warwickshire, studley Hi
does any one know of any lanes near me?
I would be greatfull of any help.
tom.

Hi Tom, i live about 12 miles from where you live and would also like to find some lanes within a nice distance. Maybe we could hook up and by an os map and find some for ourselves? What landy do you have? How long you had it?

Cheers Terra Dog

i'm looking for some places to go in my disco soon, something reasonbly easy that road tyres would be ok with because i've not really got the money at the moment to upgrade to AT/s

Hi Tom,
There's a few places in Ufton near Leamington, Aston Cantlow and Wellesbourne, the best of which is Ufton.
Regards
Chris......

The one in Wellesbourne in on the A429 exactly opposite the entrance to HRI Centre(halfway between Wellesbourne and Barford) and bring you out in Newbold Pacey.

is it any good and how long is it.

How big is the aston cantlow one?

Well all the times Ive traveled that road and i never new that was there,i will have to give it a go.I still have my front skirt on the disco would i be OK with it still on ? As i like it and don't want it broke off.? Thanks From sunny Henley in Arden.

The one at Wellesbourne is about a mile ish and the terrain is not too challenging so you should be ok in a standard Disco, it is a bit overgrown so you will get laquer scratches if that bothers you.
Going to take a run through on Mon or Tues next week so I'll se if it has got any worse!

The Astom Cantlow one is better IMHO, I got stuck in the ruts in the snow but it will have dried out but still worth the trip, there is also a water crossing in Aston Cantlow which should be passable with a standard Disco at the moment but does get deep in winter!

Wellesbourne one passable but over grown, aston cantlow on starts in the village near the post box i think, if you turn onto the main road through village from the bridge end when you get just before the houses on the left you will the the unclassified county road sign on a post, it's a flat surfaced road to start across the field!

Hey guys. I work in Stratford and live in Evesham. We've been to Aston Cantlow a couple of times, but don't know of a huge amount of places around here. If anyone' sorting anything I wouldn't mind tagging a long if that's ok. I know of a few up the Cotswolds

Im in kings heath. within driving distance of all these places. We need more knowledge of the lanes in the midlands. If we get a nice little crew together we could check out a few of the local lanes some time?
