kipper

the 2nd one - I'm itching to.

It'd be lovely to wake up, open the window over rural wales, with a frost!

So, I'm guessing kipper is up for it - Ginge?

Anyway, 'jap-crap' < I wonder which'll break first.............

Damn right buddy I'm up for it.

I'm not saying nothing, only I've had experience of laning with a jap Surf on lots of occasions and well yes I agree nothing stops it.
Also I did a BORDA course in a Nissan and yes it was brilliant.

So through gritted teeth I have to bow down to the jap.

Righty
I'm thinkin maybe circa 30th Dec?

As you are the trip planning Guru can be be somewhere very very high up overnight though! I'm a winter person.........

Roof tent, or build bunks in the back? What'ya reckon?

A break - yes, I needed a break from the hassles of building, breaking, repairing, maintaining and genrally baby-****ing-sitting land rovers.

:eek::eek::eek:

It can go away if needed?

Im up for a xmas laning trip as you all know im desperate to be out. it will have been 9 months since ive seen my 90 let alone been in it!

Count me in :D

Yo Ginge!

My comments are in no way directed at your ninety, which incidently is going in for MOT Monday..............

So, what about maybe 26/27/28 dec?

Or, are we better with Feb for a 2 day event?

Whatever happens I'm absolutely up for getting out straight after Christmas, but if we're goin camping I need to know so I can start the process of (cough) altering this LandCruiser

Hows about an in btw xmas and new year 1 night, 2 day, trip to catch up with mr beard and then go for a longer two nighter towards end of jan ( ps...itd be my bday then ;) )

Sounds good or FUC* Yeah as my excited american friends would say here! :doh:

Ill be up for anything.

Could i suggest a Derbyshire run on boxing day? that way we dont have to go miles and people can get back for the xmas spirit thing if they want? or we could camp and have xmas beverages? :D

And then a Proper wales run when the kipper and co can make it?

Ill do the background if you want while im away?

Kipper - I fancy another run around Rhayader swell? maybe do a mountain/high peaks run on the saturday and then a Rhayader valley run on the sunday? :D

With giving due respect to the organisational prowess of BGB and FK..........

I'm gonna try to 'get this party started', as the great Philosopher named 'Pink' once said.

Looks like we are at: Derbyshire on 26th December, and Wales 27th

All in favour say 'Aye' (or at least copy and paste the next bit and add your name on)

Now, January;
For an overnight (2 day) may I suggest Saturday 12th/Sun13th?

I'm hoping that fits with everyone? And so;

12/13 Jan overnight

ginger - I'll remember to do some work on your Landy this weekend, I'll stick a ray of light on it. While you are miles away away on holiday, so, don't get hung up about it, just continue to get into the groove. I'm certain the MOT will be borderline but whilst it's human nature there is no need to be causing a commotion, lets just cherish the moment it passes and then celebrate. Your ninety is a little star. You'll See.
