Unfortunately I think it's unlikely anyone will do that. Not because of any unfriendliness but because we all see how much disrespect and damage is done to the lanes by drivers who have no regard for the lanes, I think that you'd have a better chance and a better time joining others on one of their trips

Going out at 10am but will be muddy, scratchy and have a bit of water to wade if you are interested. Pm me if you are. Going out soon so won't be on line. Will get pm on phone

Sorry mate, only just saw your post. Not sure how my disco would have coped, it's not had any mods as yet, although I'd probably have given it a go. lol.
Maybe next time though.

Going by the photos, looks like a fun day out. Probably just as well i didn't make it, my tyres may have struggled a little. Might just have to get some decent rubber in the very near future and stick to lighter lanes until then!!

You will have to ask Jacobscreek I couldn't tell you were we went. All I no is we did 130 miles and he really knows his way round! Some cracking lanes!

Glad you had a good day but I can't take credit for the lanes. A top bloke off here showed me some of them. You will do better but also worse. A good average tho.

You would have been ok mate. I would ave done diff lanes to suit all.

Keep me posted when you plan on going again then.

Hoping to get a winch bumper within the next few weeks, so will hopefully fitting that at some point. Steelies and decent tyres to follow that.

Wrong order in my opinion mate. Tyres before anything else and maybe a recovery strap or 2 and shackles for your mate to get u out in emergency. Hardly use winches on lanes. Cut down fr bumper to improve clearance n u r good to go

I'll definitely be getting tyres, although at the moment working out prices and what size/brand/ pattern to go for.

I am thinking either InsaTurbo Dakars or Saharas on steel rims (no point buying new when they'll ionly be used off road). Size wise, I'm thinking of going 245/75 R16 (and possibly cutting body work) or 245/70 R16 which should fit without any problems. Not going to be able to do a lift until we move house and have a biggger driveway.
