Hi guys

I know you get looks of tyres questions but please bare with me!

I had decided to put on Grabber AT2's but the guy at the garage said he had heard very good things about the newer Grabber AT tyres so I wondered if anyone had tried these or know which is the best to go for?

Thanks

At2's are a bit better in the mud.
At's are loads better on road and in the wet.

They are on my wife's FL2. Although it's a brilliant car in the snow anyway.
Much better than my defender in fact.
The AT2's look better, if that matters to you.

Hi

Not really concerned about looks to be honest.

I want a tyre that is good on the rode in the summer but also very reliable in the winter snow.

Depends what you use your Landy for? I have recently changed to AT2's and have been very happy with them. I had Trac Edge before. And Coopers before them. The AT2's are noticeably better in the wet and have good grip in the mud. I recently completed a trip across Morocco through the Sahara in a convoy of five vehicles. Two of them had AT2's and I was impressed with the way they stood up to the abuse they received on the trip. One guy had a new set of BF's and the tread was shredding on them. I haven't tried them out in the snow yet but I feel confident they will do the job. I did read up on them before purchasing and they got a good write up where they were tested in the snow in Germany. The At's might be a bit better in the snow but as an all round package I would go for the AT2's. I don't think you can go far wrong with either.
