Gooday everyone.. I am an alcoholic.. Oh damn wrong group..sorry I meant, I
am a Rangerover owner.
Currently my machine is a P38 1998 model.
Prior to this I had a very nice Classic dual fuel.. with a few mods. It was destroyed in a bushfire in 2014.
With the proceeds of my subsequent court case I bought my P38 for a $1000 and drove it from Melbourne to Darwin in 3 days.
Near Murray Bridge the air suspension gave up but I had a mini S before so I just took it. Mind you corrugated sections bridges and cattle grids do give passengers anxiety.
But fixed that with two inches extra coils and I have done 50000 km since then.
So here in the NT wilds Rangerovers are like primitive spirits.
So gooday AA

Welcome to the Zone. My classic is on coils as well. They make the rig a bit more suitable for the Rocky Mountains here in Colorado.

Many here loathe the change to springs from air, but as you state, perhaps things are more primitive where we hail from.

Welcome to the asylum!
RU a member of the AULRO as well? I am bizarrely, and find them a good bunch!
(Perhaps i shouldn't be saying this!)
