We are talking about driving a 110 through 20 feet of water wearing
scuba gear? This is clearly a definition of the word 'caution' that
I was not previously aware of.

No, I was thinking a little more than that, maybe a depth of 30 or so
metres across a bay of some kind, hopefully stopping off by a sunken
ship for a photo opportunity ;-)
