GENUINE LAND ROVER PART STC8937

Hope everyone is safe and well ! I understand, posting a ''wanted to buy'' thread here is not permitted (no problem if it gets taken down) but will just give it a try as this forum is my last chance to find what I am looking for ! This time around, I am on the market for quite a rare GENUINE Land Rover part in ''new old stock'' or slightly used but great condition. The part in question is the STC8937. It is the pair of heavy duty rear springs for the Disco 1. Let me know if you have anything available ! I can arrange shipping in order not to trouble the seller ! Looking forward to any offers !

Have you tried the ebay seller in Cyprus he seams to have everything...

I see there are lots of aftermarket ones, is there a problem with quality?

I would expect Sachs to be OK.

Even if you do find a set with Land Rover parts stickers on them you're unlikely to be able to determine whether they were made by the original maker or any one that LR may have used subsequently.

LR very unlikely to have made their own springs.
Also a lot of fakes about. Was talking with a well known LR gearbox repair shop. He said cleints often bring in their own "genuine" parts for him to fit. He said he had never opened a "genuine" box and found a genuine part inside. His view as that there were a great many more genuine boxes in circulation than parts.
