I've got At2s on my P38 and I'm pretty impressed with them. Had them for about 15000 miles now and no probs. They were recommended to me by a D3 owner who had them for a couple of years and they had excellent wear characterstics too.

Very good on road in all conditions and not bad at all offroad. They clog up a bit in thick mud but other than that no complaints. They're pretty quiet on the road too.

They are currently being replaced with a new model though (I think it's just called the AT) which are supposedly even better.

yeh well i herd good things about the AT2 before when i was looking but now my front tyre is going to go soon so they have to be changed asap plus i am not a big off roader i do the occasional green lanning once a month so shouldnt be tackling big mud but the thing with the new one is it doesnt look like it can grip off road as much as the AT2.

LRO did a test of the new tyre. Apparently it's supposed to grip even better and be even quieter. I'll try and dig out the article. I agree that it doesn't look very agressive though!

I ran the 265/75 r16s AT2s on my 90 and was pleasntly suprised, they were very quiet on the road, gripped well on wet tarmac and weren't too shabby offroad either, the only time i struggled was thick wet clay :D. Wear wise, i did almost 10,000 miles and they showed no signs of wear at all. I havn't tried the coopers or bfg ATs so can't compare though.

thanks for all your imput fellas and they are for occasional off roading but there only all terrains so i dont think they will ruin the on road ability too much but the new ones are more expensive
