Lets face it the r380 and lt77 are a strong box, but have never been a nice gearbox to use.
Crappy gear change and a weak 2 gear synchro,
A secondhand transfer and gearbox for £120 or £500 at a guess for a recon gearbox plus the same again for the transfer box

I wouldnt want to go down the second hand market, its either a repair or complete replacement assuming thats what is required.

I want my Disco working to its full potential.
