Just bought a 2004 L322
After replacing all the discs and new brakes front a rear new bushes to the front suspension and 2 new calipers I thought I had done most of what was needed, however when the car is going through the gears it is getting to almost 3k revs before going into top gear, any ideas ???

How many miles on it?

Have you had the gearbox oil replaced and the filter replaced?

You put Bolton as your location, now I've been there a few times, not exactly flat round there is it!

See if you can find the service schedule as I'm not sure whether the autobox on the L322 is a "sealed for life" unit, so please check with the dealership, BTW, the unit is not sealed for life at all, they just label them that to sell you a new gearbox in a shorter time frame.
