ep 90 for the diffs and transfer box is cheap enough.
dextron II (atf) for the gearbox can be expensive dependng on what brand you get.
Dont get cheap **** like silver hook or something, get a decent brand.

what gearbox are you running?
warm the landy up before you drain the oils. hot oil flows free'er and carries **** out with it when you drain it. buy the 5litre tubs and a 1 litre tub, transfer the clean fluid into the 1 litre to fill your axles/boxes. remember to clean off the metal bits from magnetic drain plugs and the filter in the gearbox. clean around the filler/drain plug on the diffs 1st before removing any oil. keep everything clean.
I think from memory you need around 3L for each axle, just over 2L for the tranny box and closer to 3L for the main box. dont quote me on this though. But if you buy this amount, you will have plenty.
If your running an R380 main gearbox you may want to use MTF94 over the other stuff recommended.

no EP90 in axles and transfer box. MTF94 in your main gearbox. You will also need the torx T55 bit to undo the filler on the main box... think its a T55.

some peeps use a garden pressure sprayer with the sprayer bit cut off the end of the pipe.
I use a 500ml oil syringe - about 6 quid from any decent motor factors.

These are really good as they have one way valves and can be used to drain oil as well as filling up.

if its a R380 1998 onwards which yours obviously is, being a td5 then MTF94 type oil only in your gearbox
you can use a few different types of oil in your diff and transfer box ranging from fully synthetic 75W-90 to mineral 80w-90
