Building this LT230 up , and the case ive used is a 28D######E and other bits are from a 22D and other bits are new , .
But what it says is ie pre 2@8976E use a gasket after 8976E use RTV , Why ? , My question is does it really matter , i prefer old school and have used gaskets and its staying with them , .
Actually it helped me with pre-loads as it locked up solid so i fitted 2x gaskets and it was spot on , miracles do happen .
