Hi I have just fitted a new rear galvanized rear quarter. I'm now having problems with trying to remove the galv from the threads to fit towbar. One bolt has snapped of the welded catchment from its weld!! I have a rethreading set for chasing out, as you know they are not intended for cutting new threads as I dont need that. There is so much galv I cant even see threads! Paddockspares say have never come across this problem yeh right!! You would think they would remove it before sending part! Anyways if any of you guys out there could help with what size and thread rethreading bit to use

If it’s a new style chassis piece, then it should have 4 off M12 threaded inserts, and 2 off M16.
