Do I have to contact dvla if am changing me chassis an what do I do about vin as Richards chassis wont put it on for me any advice

You don't have to tell the DVLA and just get a kit and stamp your chassis yourself.

I just kept a photo of the old VIN and a receipt for the new chassis, I think that should do. Some people cut the old VIN out, but for some reason I didn't do that!
