fuse

Hi all,Can anyone tell me where this fuse came from.I had a cam corder plugged in cig socket when i pulled it out a glass type fuse dropped onto just under socket from somewhere 1 and a 1/4 inch long with a smaller connector at one end just cannot see where it could have come from.it was working but not now.its nothing to do with the fuse box i know about that one.Thanks for any help.

That sounds like the fuse out of the camcorder lighter adapter. Should be a silver bit sticking out the plastic. They can drop out and shoot the fuse out.
