200TDi engine - I have changed the master cylinder and have been d1cking about with the nuts on the bolt attaching the master piston to the end of the clutch pedal.
What is the function of this adjuster? Will it actually move the friction plate closer to or further from the other bit? Or is it just about where the clutch pedal starts to actually move the master piston?
Which way should I move the tope end of the clutch pedal (along the bolt on the master) to achieve what?
Bit confused were I thought I wasn't...
