The in-tank fuel pump on my 1986 Ninety has stopped working: I think the vehicle is punishing me for upgrading to a 300Tdi :)

Can anyone provide me with a part number for a new pump? It is for a 2.5 Petrol model.

Also, what is the procedure for removing the old pump and fitting the new: do I access it via the top of the seatbox or does the whole fuel tank need to be dropped out?

Thanks

if you have converted to diesel then fit diesel pickup- you may have to shorten it slightly with plumbing pipe cutter (screwfix or toolstation)- my quad cam v8 converion uses this with racing fuel pump. on a diesel you should have lift pump.
