bit ov an update if i have it running warm switch off and restart striaght away no problems if i leave for a few minutes then it will not go but if i push my foot to the floor on the gas then eventually it will start?

when it eventually starts does it run ok on gas, the problem being hot on petrol?

if so i had the same fault,
had some joker from RCR motors in rainham, essex, richard i think his name was, tell me i needed new injectors @ £164 EACH, conning git. £80 maim dealer parts, wanted £200 labour as well...

worked out to be bad connection at the air flow metre!! simple as that.
