Fuel ****ing out of filler

After putting a decent amount of fuel in the 110 (£30+) I have traces on the body from splashing out of the filler nozzlel, I've put a new cap on it still the same.

any ideas????

bet it's one of those cheap caps, the kind that axle twister place sells, and it's just not sealing properly
