Fitted some new spots today, and have somehow managed to break the fuel guage- it lights up and shows empty (when full) so I don't think it's the dash cluster.

Any ideas?
Cheers.

If no dodgy wiring it'll be the sender unit attached to the pump in the tank, they are available separately p/no YAD500040 £71.14 inc vat. You have to take the pump out to fit it which means boot carpet up or a square cut in the right place then you can access the pump cover, you then have to be very careful with the 4 pipes connected to the top of the pump as they have very brittle & easily damaged pipe retaining clips which only come with a new pipe so make sure you clean every bit crud from around the clips with paint brush & airline if poss. I've got pics of where you have to cut the carpet & the top of the pump I took when I did mine if you need them. I also remember having to do some soldering as the connections on the sender were different to where they connected to the pump but all straight forward.

Found out what the issue was, had to take it to some smart people.
I basically drilled through two wires in the umbilical when I was trying to find a place to pull the wires through
