Hi,

My engine conversion project, 2.5TD to 200tdi, has come to a stand still at the moment, due to the fact that the airbox to turbo pipe I have is knackered.:(

Does anyone have one they don't need or a suggestion of where to get one, or even an alternative to the original TD pipe?

motor factors or hydraulic suppliers for a length of pipe.

I'll give it a try, but previous experience of local hydraulic suppliers has not been successful. They tend to back away muttering when told you want some thing to attach to a Landy engine.

look up CAF - cold air feed pipe on ebay - has a metal spiral wrap in it

tis 40 or 42 mm - and if you keep the TD filter in the orginal location you will need exactly a meter of it

OK, curiosity won. :biggrin1:
Torch and tape measure has revealed;

The old TD turbo is a 2" connection, the 200tdi is 2 3/8" or 60cm
