Morning All, when using my front wipers this morning they started off fine as usual but after 20 mins they kept hitting the drives side pillar and making this annoying banging after each clearing of rain. Is it a case of a new Wiper motor or can the motor be adjusted?

Try tightening the large nut on the wiper motors (I've found mine loose before) or tightening your wiper arms nuts.

Usually just the wiper arm nut come lose, 1/2" or 13mm spanner.
