front wheel knocking 2000 TD4

Hi everyone, newbie here

heres my first problem.

I feel a knocking (pretty sure its front passenger side wheels)

Happens when going round roundabouts and over bumps.

I can feel it right through to the steering wheel, it feels like the wheel is gonna come off but the nuts are on fine. i take it these are a common thing as they are 4x4.

So any ideas?
 
its where i would start looking ,there cheap and relatively easy to change ,they have flats behind gaiter that can hold joint from turning or you can use allen key from nut side to hold it for removal / refitting
