Front tail shaft is brocken

Cani some how undo it from other end and drive it home so I can fix 96 defender 300 tdi

Do you mean the front drive shaft is broken? If so bolts holding shaft to gearbox and diff can be taken out and prop removed.

prop shaft can be removed as above, or are you referring to the diff pinon?

Some pictures of what is broken may help. It is difficult to break a prop shaft unless you mean a UJ has failed which is an easy fix. Again it is difficult to break a diff pinion but bearings can wear and give play.
