spent all of today rebuilding my front brakes

put new Pistons and seals , inc dust cover on the front calipers

also sorted out the drums where the hand brake was sticking on

put a karcher on front and back brakes to clean all the junk off first , removed the drums and gave it a good wash out, safer as it kept all the brake dust down

was great fun replacing the caliper dust seals , used a foot pump and plenty of patients

stamped on the brakes and blimey what a difference , pulls up nice and evenly with no pulling to one side

just wished to say a huge thks for the help

aplogises for not taking pics as my son and I was dripping in brake fluid, lol

Good to hear you've got it sorted:D

thks mate

what a job and half it was to get the dust seals onto the caliper Pistons

first one took around 2 hours, other one about 30 mins

was good to learn how to do them

nice that they not binding anymore , noticed the difference straight away , feels a lot better and gives me peace of mind that all the brakes have been totally rebuilt
