From this pic of centre console what spec is this defender...

From the pic attached what spec does this defender have I've been trying to go off thr buttons but used to pre 2007 models, can see electric front windows but not heated seats...

Does it have aircon, heated front or rear windows etc?

It does not have aircon, heated seats, heated front window.
It also does not have DSC, (dynamic stability control ), so I’m not sure if it has abs

Looks like a County model, as already said.
No aircon means it’s probably County spec, as the base model doesn’t have electric front windows.
You’ve got a heated rear window, so it’s not a truck cab. So it’s either a County hard top (van) or a County Station Wagon (rear seats and side windows)
County spec means it will also have central locking.
