Freewheeling hubs

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out these hubs on my series 3, they have no markings and despite hours of research I cannot find any like it. One works and one doesn't. Does anyone know what they are? I am looking to remove them as well and I would be grateful for any tips on how to take them off.
