Freelanders are rubbish

I Don"t believe it!.
I"ve driven my Freelander for thousands of miles and the doors are always there at the end of a journey, but I"ll go out and have a quick look to make sure they are still there.
................................. Yeah, they are still there.
Next time I go out I will make a point of looking at all the other Freelanders and count how many have got doors missing!!!!

When I first was made aware of the doors propensity to detach in the wet, I saw their role as an 'automatically releasing escape hatch' in a flood or other catastrophy.

I just thought it was yet another clever LandRover safety feature in case you drove over the end of Wigan pier or fell off the Dover to Calais ferry.

Unfortunately it's not true it seems - The Amsterdam Canal Police inform me that Freelanders actually float and a propeller emerges from it's ar*e so powerfull that it can be used to tow water-skiers.

The 'rubbish off-road' story has also been proved to be a malicious rumour spread by members of the Ramblers Association in an attempt to reclaim the green lanes of Englandshire.

Fair play,sorry did'nt realise,my spelling is crap!!:D
