Freelander towbar mounted detachable bike rack

Nearly new towbar mounted freelander bike rack. Just scuffs from being in attic and mounted once. Fits behind ball of towbar so doesn't affect usage and bar clips off to allow door opening. Fits over standard rear door mounted spare wheel. Top quality witter.

Still for sale. Has to go. Worcester based but can organise shipping if needs be. I travel over most of lincolnshire, east anglia west midlands .

Just out of interest, how does it fit around the spare wheel. I was interested In this but you were too far, I think I will make my own

Basically it has a bracket that fits behind the towball so solid. The rack is at 45 degrees then it straightens to go up out side the tyre. Theres a loop/ring welded to the upright so you can strap the bikes on and tie off to the tyre if you want.

The only annoying bit was that if you went for chunkier tyres it wouldn't fit.

Oh it was detachable because it clipped into the bracket. Am sure if you message nathg he might put pics of it on when he fits it.

I imagine someone with the right skills and pipe bender could knock them up to go round even the chunkiest of tyres.

Someone on here was making swing away wheel carriers.
