:hi can someone help me When I start it up, its lumpy on tickover, it sounds like its missing, this happens when its hot or cold, and ticking over in general traffic, it runs fine while driving and no power loss, it also blows a bit of smoke out on start up.
Can anybody give me any clues on what this could be, I have changed the air filter, crank cas filter, cleaned all the sensors, disconnected the MAF sensor, no change, cleaned the ERG valve and its had Millers injection cleaner in it. Its a 2003, 85,000 miles, with full service history.

i had the same issue wih mine. I think that the best bet is the fuel rail pressure sensor and overlay harness. i had it when it was surgeing idle, **** starting from cold. It was still fine to drive though. Fuel rail sensor and harness was the last of a long line of parts...

dont forget to check the three inlet rubbers for any leaks splits [even very small] :D :D :D yer have to fit new wuns :D
