Freelander TD4 Leaking seals above tailgate.

Hi everybody.
My name is Bob and I just joined today. I have a 2003 Freelander TD4 SE. Water is filling the toolbox well and I can see that it is coming from above. There is a black plastic trim above the door/window and upon removing it I can see that there are 2 seals. One is in the plastic trim itself and the other is in the metal part attached by screws to the roof. Both seals appear to be made of felt or something similar, not rubber. Does anybody know where I can get these or the part numbers? Many thanks.

It's me again and I just removed the top trim and can see that the seals ARE rubber but rotted.
